Precision Partners Holding Company Completes Acquisition of Motor Wheel^® Commercial Vehicle Systems

Hazlet, NJ – November 15, 2005—Precision Partners, “Precision”, a leading global manufacturing company that specializes in providing precision machined, stamped, and fabricated components, as well as sophisticated die tooling and assemblies, today announced that it has completed a $52 million acquisition of the Commercial Highway Hub and Drum business of Hayes Lemmerz International Incorporated. Under Precision, the newly acquired business will be renamed Motor Wheel Commercial Vehicle Systems.

The acquisition includes the brake hub and drum business, as well as the operating facilities located in; Berea, Kentucky; Chattanooga, Tennessee; and Mexico City, Mexico. Total annual revenues for these operations are approximately $108 million.

The Motor Wheel Commercial Vehicle Systems business has an employee base of over 500 and consists mainly of wheel end components for heavy truck and trailer transportation units. It includes the manufacture, sale, and distribution of over the highway braking system hubs and drums, in addition to the recognized MOTOR WHEEL, CentriFuse^®, CentriFuse Lite^®, CentruCast^®, and CentruCast Lite^® brand names.
