Precision Partners Names Gary A. Masse Chief Executive Officer

Matawan, NJ, July 1, 2010— Precision Partners announced that Gary A. Masse has been named Chief Executive Officer of the company effective immediately.

Mr. Masse formerly served as Group President of Cooper Tools, a division of Cooper Industries (NYSE: CBE) located in Apex, NC that designs, manufactures and distributes hand tools and industrial power tools. During his tenure from 2006 to 2010, Mr. Masse integrated the business segments, drove operating excellence through the 23 global manufacturing facilities and expanded globally into China, Europe and South America. Prior to Cooper Industries, Mr. Masse spent nine years at Danaher Corporation (NYSE: DHR) where he served as Vice President and Group Executive of Gilbarco-Veeder Root after holding executive positions in several other units of Danaher. Earlier in his career, Mr. Masse spent 12 years in operating and management positions with General Electric (NYSE: GE). He holds an undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Hartford.
